Should you need to return an item purchased from House of Charlie Mub, we offer store credit for most returns. This store credit can be conveniently used for future purchases on our online store, allowing you to find something else you'll love from our unique collection of clothing and accessories.

At House of Charlie Mub, your satisfaction is important to us. This page outlines our return process, eligibility for returns, and how we handle refunds and store credits. We aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
Eligibility and time limits for returns
We understand that sometimes an item might not be perfect. If an item is torn or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund. To receive a full refund, the damaged item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns made after this 7-day period, or for reasons other than damage, will result in store credit only. Please note that custom orders are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds and exchanges
For items that qualify for a full refund due to damage or defect within the 7-day return window, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method (your card). If your return qualifies for store credit, it will be issued to your House of Charlie Mub account for use on future purchases. Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges; instead, customers can use their store credit to purchase an alternative item.
